Yes. The entire platform deploys into your GCP or AWS account. Cortex never sees your data, secrets, or agent transcripts.

What about per-agent or per-request pricing?

There are no hidden fees. You pay a flat annual price per team plan. Run as many agents and requests as you need.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Starter trials are free, and Team/Enterprise plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Do you offer discounts for annual commitment?

Yes. Annual plans come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact sales for volume discounts.
